About the role

We're hiring casual bar staff and experienced bartenders. Shifts are available across days, nights and weekends, with regular hours on offer for the right people.

Key responsibilities

- Pouring beer, wine and spirits, and making classic mixed drinks to a consistent standard

- Serving customers at the bar quickly and with a smile, especially during busy service

- Taking food and drink orders, processing payments and handling cash accurately

- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and tidy: glass washing, rotating stock, changing kegs and restocking fridges

- Serving responsibly and in line with our liquor licence, including checking ID and managing intoxicated patrons

- Supporting functions and events in our upstairs and downstairs rooms

- Helping with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and bar close-down

- Working with the kitchen and floor team to keep service running smoothly

About you





- A current SA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate — essential

- Previous bar or hospitality experience (we'll also consider enthusiastic people with limited experience for entry-level bar roles)

- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A friendly, calm manner under pressure and genuine customer service skills

- Reliability: you turn up on time, ready to go

- Cocktail and craft beer knowledge is a bonus for our more senior bartender roles
