The Dining & Co Carlingford is preparing to open a brand-new café at Carlingford Court, and we’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic Baristas and Café All-Rounders to join our team.

We’re looking for people who take pride in making great coffee, enjoy the energy of a busy café, and genuinely love creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer — whatever the weather, rain or shine!

- Have previous barista or café experience
- Have strong coffee-making skills and a passion for quality
- Thrive in a busy, fast-paced workplace
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Are reliable, positive and enjoy working as part of a team




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
