About the role:

As a Barista with Sidekicker, you’ll work with leading hospitality venues, creating exceptional coffee and providing friendly, efficient service. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to choose your own shifts and locations while building your skills across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
- Provide friendly, qualified customer service
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

What you'll need

- Experience in high-volume cafe environments
- Experience with multiple types of POS systems
- Comfortable working fast-paced shifts reliably and independently behind a commercial coffee machine
