What you'll be doing
- Running the machine through busy morning rushes
- Pulling consistent, quality coffee, fast
- Looking after customers and getting to know the regulars
- Jumping in wherever the shop needs you
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
- Someone who moves with urgency and takes pride in their coffee
- Someone who takes feedback well and wants to keep getting better
- Reliable, and available for early starts and weekends
What you get
- $30–32/hr full-time, or $35–38/hr casual plus penalty rates
