Role Description The Spa Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Canberra. The role involves delivering a range of skilled spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other wellness services, in line with company standards and hygiene protocols.

The Spa

Therapist will conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide a relaxing, safe spa experience. Daily tasks include preparing treatment rooms,



managing appointment schedules, maintaining cleanliness and inventory of spa products, and handling basic administrative duties related to bookings. The role also requires building positive relationships with clients, supporting their wellbeing, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth spa operations.

Qualifications

- Professional skills in Cosmetology and a strong understanding of skincare and spa wellness practices.
- Hands-on experience performing Spa Treatments, including Facials tailored to different skin types.
- Proficiency in Pedicures and related nail care services, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with diverse clients.
- Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or spa therapy.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations within spa and wellness environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Strong teamwork skills and reliability, with a commitment to maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
