About the role

As Beauty Therapist you'll be delivering cutting-edge facial and body treatments that combine science, skincare, and soul. When you're not working your magic in the treatment room, you'll be on the retail floor connecting with customers and sharing your knowledge by training the staff of our retail partners. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and growth of Grown Alchemist's spa therapy business, with your primary focus being our Myer Sydney location.

This is a highly hands-on role, centred around delivering exceptional luxury treatments and creating memorable, personalised experiences for every client.

Alongside your treatment responsibilities, you'll support the broader Sydney retail business through in-market training, merchandising, retail events and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery and performance of Grown Alchemist's spa therapy business.

- Deliver Grown Alchemist's luxury spa treatments to an exceptional standard, following established treatment protocols.

- Manage the client journey from consultation and treatment through to personalised aftercare and product recommendations.

- Manage the treatment diary to maximise availability, bookings and the overall client experience.

- Develop strong relationships with clients, creating a loyal customer base around the Grown Alchemist treatment offering.

- Drive retail sales through authentic consultation, treatment education and personalised product recommendations.

- Support in-market training for Myer teams, retail partners and other customer-facing staff across Sydney.





- Conduct treatment demonstrations and assist with educational events and activations.

- Maintain the Grown Alchemist presentation within Myer, ensuring products and the treatment area are beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards.

- Support merchandising updates, new product launches, promotional activity and visual standards.

- Support retail events, activations and promotional initiatives.

About you

- SHB50121 – Diploma of Beauty Therapy.

- Minimum 2+ years' experience delivering professional beauty, facial or spa treatments.

- Strong hands-on facial treatment experience and a genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences.

- Experience in a luxury beauty, skincare, spa, wellness or department store environment is highly desirable.

- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how exceptional treatment experiences can drive bookings, repeat business, product sales and customer loyalty.

- Comfortable taking ownership of a treatment business and proactively identifying opportunities to grow it.
