About our role As a BMS Service Technician for Johnson Controls', you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building management systems (BMS) in commercial and industrial facilities across Sydney. This full-time role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients' building systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on BMS equipment, including HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems. Diagnose and rectify issues within building automation and control systems. Implement system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers, facility managers, and building occupants. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.





About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a BMS, Controls, or HVAC Service Technician. Strong knowledge of building automation and control systems. Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Controls, or Building Automation.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
