Maryborough Cleaning & Lawn Services is a locally owned, husband-and-wife business providing complete property care across the Fraser Coast. We're looking for an experienced Bond Cleaner/Mould Cleaner to join our growing team.

About the role:

You'll be carrying out bond/end-of-lease cleans and mould remediation cleans on residential properties across Maryborough, Hervey Bay, and the surrounding Fraser Coast, delivering results that pass real estate inspections and leave properties genuinely clean and safe.

What you'll be doing:

- Full bond/end-of-lease cleans to real estate inspection standard (kitchens, bathrooms, walls, skirting, windows & tracks, floors)
- Mould treatment and removal from affected surfaces, using correct products and safety procedures
- Before/after photo documentation of every job
- Following correct chemical use, dilution, and PPE procedures
- Keeping transparent communication with the office on job progress and any issues

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in bond/end-of-lease cleaning and/or mould remediation is essential
- Available 2–5 days a week, 8am–4pm
- Strong attention to detail — bond cleans need to pass inspection first time
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently




- Comfortable using mould treatment chemicals safely and correctly
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current driver's licence
