About the Role

- Serve customers with friendly, efficient service

- Operate tills/EFTPOS accurately

- Keep the bottle shop clean, stocked and well‑presented

- Assist with stocktakes & product displays

- Promote specials and product add‑ons

- Follow RSA, licensing laws and hotel procedures

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our bottle shop! This casual role offers approx. 10-20 hours per week (more for the right candidate) with a supportive team and a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

What You’ll Bring

- Great communication & customer service skills

- Ability to work under pressure and independently

- RSA (or willingness to complete it)

- Availability for weekends, afternoons and nights

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual tasks

Bonus: Bottle shop/retail experience, liquor knowledge, forklift licence.
