What You'll Be Doing

As Branch Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for branch performance, including:

- Leading daily operations across warehouse, transport and administration
- Delivering profitability, productivity and operational targets
- Driving customer growth and service excellence
- Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
- Managing budgets,



costs and inventory performance
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Championing a safety-first culture
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

Experience in FMCG, logistics, distribution or foodservice will be highly regarded.
