- Work across insurance portals, project management systems and digital tools
- Plan site visits and manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines
- Provide clear handovers to estimating, operations and delivery teams
- Work standard hours of 7:30am–4:00pm, balancing site visits with office-based assessment work

- A relevant trade, building or construction qualification, or experience in insurance repairs, property assessment or construction estimating, would be advantageous.
Why join?
- $75,000–$90,000 package including super, depending on experience

- Down-to-earth, collaborative and non-corporate culture
- Strong, supportive team environment
- Structured training, mentoring and technical support
- Direct exposure to the Managing Director and senior leadership
- Genuine ownership and opportunity to develop as the business grows
If you’re looking to take your construction or trade experience into a role where you can develop specialist assessment and estimating skills, we’d love to hear from you!
