We have an exciting opportunity within Brisbane City Council Cemeteries to work as a Labourer and Operator who can work across various sites across North and South Brisbane. As part of the team, you will be working on various projects in and around Brisbane. About your recent role

Working with Cemeteries you will undertake labouring duties and responsibilities within Cemeteries such as; Bridgeman Downs, Mount Gravatt, Toowong, and Hemmant Cemeteries and surrounding areas. We are seeking able bodied labourers/operators/gardeners for 38 hour weeks with Brisbane City Council.

If you hold a white card (construction induction card) and are eager to get your foot in the door with Brisbane City Council, this is your chance. You must be physically fit, and able to lift objects or items in excess of 25kg. Landscaping, Turf Management, Grass Cutting, General Maintenance

Support heavy machinery operation (Backhoe, Excavator, Digger, Tipper, etc) including operate where required. You will be required to have good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. What you will need to exceed

the following licences are required: Mandatory Licences:

Minimum C Class Licence White Card (Construction Induction) Backhoe Ticket

Excavator Ticket Advantageous Licences: Truck Licence (MR, HR, HC, MC)
