Duty Manager
to take the lead in supporting day‐to‐day operations and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Supporting the Management Team in all aspects of venue operations
n
Leading by example to create a positive, motivated team culture
n
Ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas
n
Contributing to staff training and development
n
Overseeing compliance with licensing, RSA and venue policies
n
What We're Looking For n
n




Current RMLV & Approved Manager's License
(essential)
n
Previous experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
n
A true team player with a "hands‐on" attitude
n
A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
n
Solid multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
n
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
Highly motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
