ABOUT THE ROLES n

Secondary English Teacher
n
Middle School Teacher
n
ABOUT YOU: Ideal Candidate n
n
Practising Christian with a genuine faith and a deep care for young people. This is essential.
n
Secondary-qualified, with comfort and confidence teaching across multiple learning areas.
n
Registered (or eligible to register) with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA). Must be eligible to work in Australia.
n
Naturally relational — you thrive when you know every student by name and by story.
n
Experience with, or a robust interest in, learning support, special needs identification, and the NCCD framework. This is a growing priority for the school.
n
Adaptable and emotionally intelligent — comfortable working with students whose lives are complex and whose needs shift from day to day.
n
Culturally humble. Prior experience with First Nations students or communities is valued; genuine openness to learn from this community is essential.
n
A team player who actively invests in building culture, not just delivering lessons.
n
Looking to put down roots — a three to five year commitment is preferred.
