The following candiad must have:

Valuable at documenting recordings and entering into our software
n
A disciplined work ethic and self driven

Be good at following directions to acheive work flow consistency

Be good at working in a fast paced envoirnment
n
Extremly hygenic and clean (as we clean 20% of the time)
n
* English needs to be excellent or native tongue
n
Required Skills & Qualifications
n
n
Culinary Expertise: A strong foundation in classical cooking techniques, flavor profiling, or menu development
n
Food Science Knowledge: Understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing technologies (may hold a degree in Culinary Science or Culinology).
n
Regulatory Awareness: Deep familiarity with food safety standards, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
n

Work Hours
n
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
n
Employed as Full Time.
