We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an ongoing cards migration program within a large financial institution. You'll supplement the existing delivery team and work alongside a broader embedded specialist team, helping to keep a complex, high-profile program moving and landing successfully.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable stepping into a live program, getting across the detail quickly, and making an immediate contribution.

What you'll do

- Work as part of the program team, alongside embedded specialist colleagues, to support the delivery of cards migration activities
- Analyse, document and validate business and technical requirements across a changing, multi-stakeholder setting
- Identify gaps, risks and unspoken needs,



and take ownership of closing them rather than waiting to be asked
- Support planning, testing, cutover and readiness activities with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
- Build strong working relationships across business, technology and partner teams

What you'll bring

- Exceptional attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and a sense of ownership
- Financial institution experience, particularly large banking-environment (essential)
- Previous migration experience, whether card, scheme or data (highly desirable)
