The Opportunity

As our Business Development Executive,



you'll be responsible for driving growth across the Ipswich region by:

- Identifying and winning recent business opportunities
- Building relationships through client meetings, networking and targeted campaigns
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into active accounts
- Negotiating and securing commercial agreements
- Working closely with our recruitment team to maximise every opportunity you generate
- Maintaining accurate client and compliance records

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating current business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:
- Proven success in business development, sales or recruitment
- A passion for generating new business
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, determination and a positive attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and achieve targets
- A strong customer-focused approach

Experience within recruitment, transport, logistics or labour hire will be highly regarded, but attitude, drive and commitment are equally important.
