About the role

We (Premier Workplace Solutions, PWS) are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in our Sydney office/factory. This is a full-time position. Our head office is based in Ingleburn, south-west Sydney, but the role covers the Greater Sydney region and would allow working from home.

As Business Development

Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities whilst building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across various industries, with a focus on logistics and construction.

Key responsibilities In conjunction with our sales team:

· Identify and research potential new clients and market opportunities within target sectors

· Develop a business development strategy to acquire recent accounts and expand market presence

· Prepare and deliver detailed proposals tailored to client needs

· Collaborate with internal teams including our manufacturing team and project manager to deliver works

· Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

· Proven track record in new business development or sales, ideally within the workplace solutions or facilities management sectors

· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals of significant value

· Strong prospecting, qualifying, and consultative selling skills with a focus on solution-based selling

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

· Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Sydney metropolitan area

We have a growing division primarily based around solar powered safety products. We design, manufacture, supply and install products such as radar speed signs, pedestrian/forklift warning systems, over-height vehicle warnings and flood detection systems. (www.soltech.eco)
