About the role
Elite Access Solutions builds remedial, complex access scaffolding for occupied buildings across SE QLD. This is the first seat in the sales team. You'll take new-business sales off the founder's desk, generate and maintain new quality relationships and own the full sales cycle from enquiry through to job handover.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your sales engine: current enquiries, site inspections, pricing, proposals, follow-up, tenders
- Find and win new business from remedial builders and head contractors not currently working with Elite Access Solutions
- Conduct site inspections and price complex access jobs
- Set every job up so operations can deliver it on budget
- Own and track the sales numbers with real input into how the company hits targets
- Handover jobs to operations team
About you
- Scaffolding sales and estimating background
- Ability to walk a site and price it
- Track record of owning outcomes, not just supervising them
- Builders already take your call
- Treat the company's profit like your own
- Current driver's licence
