The Bread Social is seeking a talented Café Manager to manage our recent location, lead our team, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers in a Part Time or Full Time Capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations of the café, including staff management and customer service
- Ensuring high standards of quality in food and beverage preparation
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
Requirements:
- Experience in café or hospitality management, with a focus on specialty coffee
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
