MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with Holy Cross Services in Banyo for a Business Trainee within their Client Services team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical workplace experience, develop your customer service and administration skills, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification while being supported by an experienced team.

About the role

As a Business Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience in a professional and inclusive workplace, supporting the Client Services team with a range of customer service and administration tasks. Your day-to-day duties may include:

Answering incoming customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team

Providing friendly and professional customer service over the phone

Assisting with ordering and general administrative tasks

Supporting end-of-month reporting activities

Using technology and business systems to support the day-to-day operations of the team

No previous experience is required - Holy Cross Services is happy to train the right person!

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

Has a genuine interest in customer service, administration or an office-based career

Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone

Is confident using technology and keen to learn recent systems

Is reliable, punctual and organised

Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
