Meat on the Avenue (MOTA) is looking for a qualified butcher to join our small, quality-focused, family-owned butcher shop in the heart of Mosman.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced butcher who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with quality products and wants to be part of a friendly, close-knit team.
The role
- Cutting, preparing and presenting quality meat products
- Serving customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Working independently as well as part of a small team
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the shop
About you
- Qualified butcher with relevant experience
- Solid knife skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about quality products and customer service
- Reliable, hardworking and well-presented
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment
- Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
