At St Vincent's Care Services Toowoomba, we're dedicated to providing compassionate care and creating a welcoming community where residents feel at home. We are currently seeking an extraverted and customer-focused Cafe Barista to join our team and support the daily operations of our on-site caf .

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is a skilled barista, looking to work between 9:00am - 3:00pm!

Things that work for us

Previous experience as a Barista in a caf or hospitality environment

Ability to consistently prepare high-quality coffee and beverages

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask during busy periods A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team

As a Caf Barista, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing and serving quality coffee, beverages and light refreshments

Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors and staff

Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming caf environment

Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions accurately

Assisting with stock control, ordering and replenishment

Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
