We’re looking for an experienced Café Supervisor / All-Rounder to join our team.
We are a busy café/restaurant open 7 days a week, with a happy, professional and friendly working environment.
We’re looking for someone who is confident across all areas of café service and enjoys working with people.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous café supervisor or senior all-rounder experience
- Strong barista skills, including grinder adjustments and milk texturing
- Excellent waitressing and customer service skills
- Confident using a POS/register system
- Great communication and people skills
- Ability to lead and support the team during busy periods
- Well presented and professional
- Good spoken English
- Reliable,
organised and able to take initiative
- Comfortable helping wherever needed coffee, floor, register, cold drinks and general café operations
- Weekend availability is essential when needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.33 – $40.35 per hour
