Café Team Leader– Full time Hands-On Leadership | Busy Café Environment | Growing Business

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Café Team Leader to join our busy and growing business full-time.

This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team every day, completing normal café duties while also providing leadership, support and direction.

You will lead by example, help maintain high standards and step up when the team needs leadership.

As our business continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity for the right person to grow with us and take on greater responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside the team across all day-to-day café duties

- Lead and support the team during busy service
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
- Train and support team members
- Assist with opening, closing, stock and general café requirements
- Help manage the flow of service and resolve day-to-day issues
- Ensure procedures and standards are followed




- Communicate with the Director regarding team and café requirements

About You You will have solid café experience and previous leadership experience.

A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred.
