Join Sip & Slice by Mia Mia in Newman, a café and pizzeria open Tuesday to Saturday, 7am–8pm.

By day, Sip & Slice offers to-go café-style food and coffee, before transitioning into a pizzeria in the evening.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this is a morning-only supervisory role. You’ll open and run the café, supervise and support the team, keep service running smoothly during busy periods, train staff, maintain coffee standards, and handle day-to-day customer and operational issues.

The role works a 5-day roster with the same 2 days off every week, giving you a consistent and predictable schedule.

About you

- Solid barista experience
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
- Previous café/hospitality experience
- Confidence leading a team independently
- Reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in
- Available for a minimum 6-month commitment
