- About Us: Queensland Granny Flats Pty Ltd is a small domestic construction business, based in the Logan Village area, specializing in granny flat construction in southeastern Queensland.

Flats are constructed on site; we are in effect building small houses in the back yard of an existing dwelling.

All Granny

Flats are similar construction on 450 stumps, light weight external cladding & sandwich panel roofs.

We are looking for an experienced tradesperson with solid hands-on experience in metal framing, cladding and internal fit-outs. The role requires someone who can read and work from plans, take accurate measurements, use hand and power tools safely, and produce a quality finish.

A practical, can-do attitude, good work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a crew are essential.

Requirements:





- Familiarity with domestic construction practices in Southeast Queensland

- Strong competency in construction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a robust work ethic
- We are looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the construction process.

What We Offer:

- Hourly rate in the range of $40 to $50 based on experience.
- Initial engagement 3 months to give us time to get to know each other & at the end of 3 months negotiate moving forward.

- This is a successful small business which is growing and will provide generous returns to someone willing to work hard and grow with it.
