Lakelands Golf Club—the first golf course in Australia designed by Jack Nicklaus—is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Golf Operations Staff member to join our team.

In this role, you’ll provide welcoming, efficient service to our golf customers and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility. Previous experience in a golf facility is an advantage, but not essential.

About you The successful candidate will:

- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, welcoming manner

- Have a valuable knowledge of golf and the rules of the game

- Work well as part of a team and confidently work independently

- Remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Adapt quickly to new tasks and working environments

- Communicate and liaise effectively with relevant departments

- Multitask and manage changing priorities

- Be reliable and flexible with shifts

- Be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays

- Hold a current driver’s license and have reliable transport
