Hoteloco is looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our small and friendly team in Alexandria.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable and welcoming rooms for our guests. Previous hotel or commercial housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
Good availability Monday to Friday is required, with weekend shifts also available for those who are interested in additional hours.
About the Role
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard
- Making beds and changing linen
- Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Maintaining cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas as required
- Reporting maintenance issues or lost property to management
- Working efficiently to meet daily room turnaround requirements
- Following hotel cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures
About You We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous hotel, motel or commercial housekeeping experience
- Has good availability Monday to Friday – this is required
- Is available to work weekends when additional shifts are required or desired
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has a strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Is physically capable of the requirements of a housekeeping role
