About Your New Role n
n
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
n
Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
n
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
n
Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
n
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care.
n
Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of occupational therapy interventions.
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
n
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
n
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
n

Essential Qualifications And Experience n

A Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

Current APHRA registration
n
Valid Australian driver's license

Current Or Willing To Obtain n
