Vipac Engineers & Scientists Ltd is seeking to recruit a junior
Acoustic Consultant
to work in a team of engineering consultants specialising in acoustics. The role will suit a graduate candidate or consultant with at least
1 to 3 years' experience.
The position is based in Port Melbourne, VIC.

vibration, acoustics, and other services
to
building, infrastructure, oil & gas, industrial, mining, and commercial clients
.
About You n
n
A degree or post graduate qualifications in audio engineering, mechanical engineering or similar science degree;
n
The role will involve work in a broad spectrum of technical areas;
n
Experience in acoustics would be seen favourably;
n
Competent report writing skills;
n
Willingness to travel for field work and flexibility with working hours;
n
Strong communication skills; and
n
A team player who is able to work independently when required.
n




Project Work Will Involve n
n
Performing acoustic analysis, modelling, and problem solving on a range of projects.
n
Conduct field work as required with the use of our vast range of equipment
n
Prepare acoustic reports for external clients, with a view to meeting technical and budgetary requirements
n
n
