Job Description
n
Lead and manage tasks and duties of ATM Network & Digital Branch support office to ensure ongoing performance and achieve planned targets.
Main Duties n
n
Track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new card payment
services/initiatives
and perform post-implementation review after launch.
n
Participates in Card Project with related parties (Risk,BA, IT, Finance, Compliance Department and Vendor) on producing of Business requirement, functional specification and technical System parameters configuration.
n
Support and Fix all the transaction issues from all channels
(ATM/POS/MOBILE/VISA
& Master NET/CSS).
n
Manage SIT, QA, and UAT activities with vendor and project stakeholders, and offer training to stakeholders/user
n
Develop, evaluate and implement new features of card system for improving of Debit, Credit, and prepaid Card Operation and channels.
n
Prepare Manual, procedure and guideline of Debit, prepaid, Credit Card Operation.
n
Working with Vendor to implement project and fix all system issues.
n




Keep Monitoring System performance to up and running 24/7.
n
Experience with Internal Card Scheme such as Visa/Master/UPI to operate and manage both debit and credit card operations.
n
Maintenance Switching and Testing System Environment (SIT/UAT).
n
Prepare monthly System Performance Report and report to Managements and relevant teams.
n
Other tasks assigned by the management.
n
Skills/ Experiences n
n
Bachelor's degree in Science, or other related fields;
n
At least one-year experience in managing CMS or others System with Bank/MFI;
n
Computer science & engineering Skill;
n
PLSQL, ORACLE, JBOSS, ISO ****,Fiorano,JAVA, API...
n
A robust desire to work in a team;
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
n
