About The Role

We have an opportunity for a Personal Banking Consultant to join our Beaudesert branch team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a fresh start to the New Year and has experience in financial services or banking.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
n
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week.

About You

Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
Demonstrated sales experience
n
Attention to detail and accuracy
n




Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
n
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
n
Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
