To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Hold
TLILIC****and RIIHAN301E
n




Hold a current
WorkSafe Assessor Card
n
Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience and be able to demonstrate currency
n
Hold
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
or
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
n
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Be confident working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
n
Be passionate about training and helping others achieve their goals
n
Be reliable, professional and committed to delivering a high standard of training
n
Additional qualifications, licences and industry currency will be highly regarded.
