We are looking for an experienced and versatile
Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
to join our growing partnering AI Startup. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional development experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and a passion for learning new technologies. You will be responsible for driving projects end-to-end — from architecture design to implementation, deployment, and operations. We will also add you to StarPlan talent pool ( if you are not a good fit for this role at this moment.
Responsibilities n
n
Lead end-to-end product and system development, including architecture design, technical decisions, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
n
Build scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
n
Design and implement robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs and distributed system components
n
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
n
Continuously improve system stability, performance, and engineering workflows
n
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
n
Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and operational excellence
n
Learn and adopt new technologies; promote engineering best practices within the team
n
Basic Qualifications n
n




10+ years of professional software development experience
with strong CS fundamentals
n
Proven ability to
own the full software development lifecycle
from concept to production
n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex technical environments
n
Technical Requirements n
Frontend

Expertise with modern frameworks:
React.js, Vue.js, Angular
n
Familiar with
Redux

Next.js
(SSR/SSG)
n
Strong knowledge of styling tools:
Tailwind CSS, Less, PostCSS

Experience in cross-platform mobile development with
React Native
and/or
Flutter
n
Deep experience with
Node.js

Proficient in
Python or Go
, capable of microservices or backend-heavy architectures

Strong understanding of
RESTful API

Databases & Caching

Solid experience using
Redis
for caching, queues, and rate limiting

Hands-on experience deploying and managing systems on

Comfortable with
Linux administration
and lightweight infrastructure operations
