Job Description
Compass Group Australia is seeking a hands‐on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at RAAF Base Richmond.
In this full‐time leadership role you will oversee front‐of‐house operations, supervise dining facilities and functions, and drive consistent service standards.
You will lead staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to training and rostering while delivering excellent customer service in a Defence hospitality setting.
