GenesisCare is looking for a Clinical Project Assistant to join our Contract Research Organisation team for a 5-month, full time opportunity working remotely.Working alongside our Project Managers and broader clinical research team, you'll help keep clinical research projects organised, compliant and moving forward.
You'll gain exposure across the study lifecycle while building your experience in project coordination, clinical trial systems and study documentation.This is a excellent opportunity to develop your clinical research career while contributing to research that ultimately supports better care and outcomes for patients.More Specifically, You Will:Support Project Managers and project teams with the coordination of clinical research studiesPrepare, collect and maintain study documentation throughout the project lifecycleSupport the setup and maintenance of Trial Master Files and electronic Trial Master FilesAssist with project tracking, reporting, forecasting and invoicing activitiesMaintain project training records, databases and Clinical Trial Management SystemsCoordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes and follow up activitiesAssist with study materials, investigator meetings and project communicationsSupport the tracking of project metrics and help identify opportunities to improve processesWork collaboratively with colleagues across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Clinical Research and QualityHelp ensure project documentation is accurate, current and maintained in line with study and regulatory requirements.We're Interested in Hearing from People Who:Hold a qualification in Life Sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry,
