You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales team. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and helping our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

Key responsibilities n
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare and follow up on quotations
n
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
n
Provide product information, pricing, and lead times
n




Liaise with production and dispatch teams at our head office in Sydney to ensure timely delivery
n
Maintain accurate CRM records
n
Support external sales representatives as required
What we're looking for: n
Previous experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in industrial or technical products
n
Strong communication and relationship skills
n
Customer focused with a proactive approach
n
Ability to work in collaboration with other team members to achieve the same goal
n
Comfortable in learning technical product details
