We are seeking reliable and caring Support Workers to join our team. Candidates who speak Farsi are strongly preferred.

What we need:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC (if required)
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
- Previous support work experience
- Manual handling and medication experience (highly regarded)
- Farsi language skills preferred

Main responsibilities: Personal care, medication support, manual handling, household assistance, community access, and person-centred support. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
