What the job entails

As Change Analyst, you will support change delivery for a complex finance and procurement transformation, working closely with the Change Lead, programme stream leads and business stakeholders. Based in Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements, you will help turn process and system changes into clear impacts for different roles, teams and business areas. This is a hands-on delivery role.

You will validate change impacts, develop role profiles and audience segments, and connect your analysis to communications, learning and readiness activities. You will also build relationships with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and briefings,



and personally create clear, tailored communications and presentations for leaders, finance teams and operational audiences. You will contribute to readiness assessments, track actions and dependencies, and support preparation for training, implementation and adoption.

The role also involves maintaining accessible digital content and ensuring materials are accurate, current and consistent. You will be expected to progress work proactively, manage changing priorities and bring clarity to complex information.

Key requirements / What we look for

- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three to five years’ experience supporting change in multi-stream initiatives, including impact analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement or training coordination.
- Hands-on project or transformation delivery experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong written, presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, Share Point and Copilot.
- Proactive and organised, with sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Finance, corporate services, enterprise systems or health-sector experience is desirable.
