About the role

You enjoy bringing people together, creating a positive culture and turning big-picture goals into practical outcomes. Your key experience will include:

- A relevant degree or Diploma in Children’s Services, or equivalent experience.
- Around five years’ experience in a similar leadership role within an Early Learning Centre workplace.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards, National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.
- Experience leading teams, developing educators and delivering high-quality education and care programs.
- A sound understanding of relevant early childhood legislation, regulations,

child protection and Child Care Subsidy requirements.
- The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, educators and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Current WA Working with Children Check and driver’s license
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
