About the role

As an Educator, you will play a key role in creating a protected, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports each child's development and wellbeing. You'll work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality early education aligned with the EYLF and the National Quality Framework.

Key responsibilities

- Build warm, respectful, and secure relationships with children and families
- Plan, implement, and reflect on developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children's learning through play-based and intentional teaching practices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and programming
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet centre goals and quality standards
- Follow all policies and procedures, including child protection and health & safety

About you

- Holds a Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Is reliable, motivated, and brings positive energy to the team
- Communicates professionally with children, families, and colleagues
- Is flexible and willing to support the operational needs of the centre




- Valid Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Certificate
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
