About the role
We are searching for an experienced and driven leader to join our Imperial kitchen team in the capacity of full-time Chef de Partie. You will report to the Head Chef and work closely with the Kitchen Brigade in a multi-level hospitality venue encompassing a restaurant, all-day-dining, premium take-away offerings and functions/events packages.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high volume and high quality menus, including Events, with a hands-on approach
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen professionals
- Communicate effectively with your team including the kitchen and front of house team members
- Work a range of shifts across days, evenings and weekends
About you
- Trade qualified with a solid understanding of food safety standards and personal presentation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen professionals
- Outstanding work ethic, passion and commitment to work in a busy and challenging environment
- Flexible and able to work a range of shifts across days, evenings and weekends
