We’re expanding our operating hours and looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team at a busy Italian restaurant in the heart of Darlinghurst.
The role:
- 40–45 hours per week available
- Full-time / long-term position
- Immediate start available
- Busy, energetic restaurant environment
- Supportive and friendly team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience working as a Chef
- Italian cuisine experience is highly regarded
- Is confident with pasta and traditional/modern Italian dishes
- Can handle busy services and work efficiently under pressure
- Is reliable, organised and a strong team player
- Takes pride in food quality, presentation and kitchen cleanliness
