Micawber Tavern is looking for energetic, reliable and passionate Chefs to join our quick-paced kitchen team.
We have full-time and casual positions available, with a focus on candidates based in or around the Free Tree Gully area who are looking for a local opportunity.
Working across a 7-day roster, you’ll be part of a busy team delivering quality food in a high-volume venue. We’re looking for chefs who can work well under pressure, maintain high standards and enjoy being part of a strong and supportive kitchen team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Grill Chef experience in a fast-paced restaurant, pub or high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- High standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Reliable and flexible availability across a 7-day roster
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Candidates based in Free Tree Gully and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply
