We are seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to lead our kitchen, take care of ordering / stock , BOH rostering, menu and COGS
Must have experience in leading a team, have a strong work ethic, excellent knife cooking skills and able to work under pressure while maintaining all kitchen operations.
We are an approved business sponsor, however, if seeking sponsorship you must already live in Australia .
