Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook café menu items to a high standard.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented with care and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations when on shift.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.
- Opportunity to assist with menu planning and development of seasonal specials.

Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chef, cook, or café chef.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for food quality and presentation.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
