The Dining & Co Carlingford is preparing to open a brand-current café at Carlingford Court, and we’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic cooks to join our team.

We are currently hiring for two kitchen positions:

Hot Section Cook -

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain quality, presentation and consistency across every dish
- Keep the section organised, clean and well-prepared

Cold Section Cook -
- Prepare salads, cold dishes and fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of freshness, presentation and portion control
- Ensure the section is organised and ready for service




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods
