Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. As the Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Hong Kong-style dishes while ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare and cook a variety of Hong Kong-style dishes to a high standard
✅ Develop and update menus in line with seasonal availability and customer preferences
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
✅ Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
✅ Train and supervise kitchen staff,
fostering a collaborative and efficient environment
✅ Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
✅ Collaborate with the management team to maintain the café’s culinary vision and standards
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven experience as a chef, ideally in Hong Kong-style cuisine
✔ Excellent culinary skills and creativity
✔ Strong leadership and communication abilities
✔ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional food and dining experiences
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
