Milliore located in Sydney city is a high-quality Korean restaurant. We are seeking qualified and experienced Korean Cuisine Chef on a full-time basis.
To be successful in this position, you need to have the followings:
- Commercial Cookery trade qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of Korean cuisine experience as a Chef
- Flair and innovative in menu development
- Ability to manage labour, food and operational expenses
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and dietary requirements
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Effective management skills in kitchen staff and practices
